Hello Lovelies,

I hope you had a splendid holiday weekend! I spent some much-needed time away from my computer to enjoy a visit from my mom and dad.

Now that I’m back at it, I wanted to let you know I made some changes to my website since my last email.

  1. I learned that the email list signup form I told you about wasn’t actually there. MY BAD! I fixed that.

  2. After speaking to some of you, I updated my shop so you can purchase a gift card now and schedule it for delivery at a later date. I understand many of you want to finish your holiday shopping before Dec. 24, and I respect that. You can also send the store credit to your own email address, print it out, and include it in a physical gift box.

Thank you SO MUCH for the feedback. It’s very helpful.

On the topic of the holidays and cards — I have every intention of sending Christmas cards this year. Would you like one? Please reply to this message with your mailing address.

It’s been a while since I did one of these! I’m way too excited about this news to keep it a secret:

Starlink.

Since moving to Maine a year and a half ago, I’ve dealt with the slowest, most unreliable, and outlandishly expensive internet service I’ve experienced in my adult life.

I’m blessed to live on a 10-acre farm surrounded by hundreds of acres of preserved forest. With Starlink, living out in the woods doesn’t come at the cost of feeling disconnected from the social, educational, professional, and entertainment opportunities a good, strong internet signal provides. I’ve come back from the 90s, y’all! Hallelujah!

Anyway, I highly recommend Starlink to anyone, especially if satellite internet is your only option.

XoL
